You don't need others to help you find your way around in a new country. But it's helpful and a pleasure to meet new people with versatile roots. This social connectivity plus a much nicer stay with your own comfort zone made Simple Spaces so attractive for me. Of course I wouldn't write a review of I had no reason to recommend it. IT was one of my best abroad experiences. Having a caring, friendly and funny landlord, your own space with only minimal rules to adjust to and awesome roommates - wouldn't wanna miss it.

I highly recommend Simple Spaces. Ben arranged everything before l came to Seoul. He even gave me all the details step by step how to reach easily to Simple Spaces from airport. Everything was very good ! A clean and nice place where to live which was located near everything (train station, convenience stores, Itaewon etc). The staff were always here for us every single time we needed his help ! The accommodation was a bit old but everything worked well so it was ok. I really advice Simple Spaces--they are very efficient in every way! I was glad to find such a great company to find an accommodation in Seoul.

The biggest issue with finding a place in Seoul is having either the financial stability or the pure willingness to put down a very heft deposit simply for housing. For this purpose, renting a room for what I consider to be the standard of one month down in advance, was very reasonable.

Great company 👌🏻 I liked the fact that they gather roommates who 'match'. It's always nicer to live with people you can become friends with! The flat itself was amazing. Big, well furnished, all bedrooms were separated and we shared a common area, it was perfect! I think it's one of the best solutions for students who are coming to Seoul and don't know where to live. If I had to come back to this city for a long time, I'll contact Simple Spaces without a doubt!
