Being an international student or young working professional abroad can be one of the most rewarding experiences in life. It’s a chance to make new friends, immerse yourself in a different culture, and grow as a person. Our mission at Simple Spaces’ is to ensure that all our members get the absolute most of their time abroad, and we do this by focusing on 3 simple things:

Community

It’s all about the people! At Simple Spaces, we only invite social, positive, and responsible young people to join our vibrant community. All of our homes are located in the same neighborhood, which has a great cultural mix of Korean and international influences. You will find that our community includes not just its Simple Spaces’ residents but also many locals, including several business owners who warmly welcome all of our members. We hold regular social events and activities for our 50+ members to enjoy!

Comfort

There are so many great things to experience in Korea, and we encourage everyone to get out there and explore this great country. On the other hand, there is equally nothing better than cooking a meal with housemates, binge watching a TV show, and sleeping in on the weekend. Our homes are designed with your comfort in mind and you will find everything you need! Support We know that living abroad comes with its own challenges. Our experienced team is here to support you throughout your entire stay. We provide both general and emergency assistance both in English and Korean whenever needed–we’re here for you!
